Step One | ENERGY TYPE
We each fall into one of the five Energy Types, which explains the way we are designed to use our energy and share it with the world around us. Each Energy Type has its own Strategy, which is a practical guide on how to maximise flow, opportunities and make your dreams a reality.
GENERATORS
As a Generator, you are to here to play, create and explore all the things in life that light you up. Desire is your internal compass as it leads you in the direction of more alignment and divinely timed opportunities. When doing what you love, you produce a sparkly aura that makes you magnetic to others. This juicy energy also overflows into the people around you, giving them some extra fuel too!
Your Strategy for living in flow is Responding. This is a practice of saying 'Yes' or 'No' to opportunities based on you sacral response,
aka. your gut feeling. Identifying your response requires that you bring awareness to whether you feel excited. When you feel excitement bubble up, your internal engine revs and gives you the energy to go, go, go. Your energy is abundant as long as what you are doing
feels like a "hell yes!".
MANIFESTING GENERATORS
Manifesting Generators aka. MG's, are the multi-passionate hybrid of a Generator and Manifestor. This means you are here to follow what lights you up and to master as many things as your heart desires. Feeling 'all over the place' is actually healthy for you! You show us that we don't need to follow a linear path to be successful or fulfilled. By embracing your desires and urges, you are lead to the right place at the right time. When doing what you love, you produce a sparkly aura that makes you so magnetic and energising to others.

As a Manifestor, you are a trailblazer of society, here to initiate new things without anyone standing in your way. You have a powerful energy that is felt by others when you enter a room. Your spontaneous impulses are a rare and special gift. It gives you an energy burst to create or do something that has a ripple effect and inspires others. As a non-energy being, your energy comes in ebbs and flows. Therefore, once you have exerted your energy to initiate something, rest is your greatest medicine.

Your Strategy for living in flow is Informing. When you use your voice to share your urges with others, your visions, needs and desires come to life with ease. Informing doesn't feel natural for Manifestors, usually out of fear that people will try to stand in your way. Through the daily practice of using your voice, you learn to trust and see that the right people will jump on board your train without trying to derail or redirect it.
PROJECTORS
As a Projector, you are a guide for others, here to refine things and bring efficiency to the world through your unique lens. Every Projector has something they see with such clarity and ease that others can't see on their own - this is what you are here to share. The key to cultivating your gifts is through recognising your natural talents and focusing on them, because whatever you focus on is what you create magnetism around. As a non-energy being, your energy comes in ebbs and flows, so a huge part of living in alignment is about honouring your energy with plenty of rest and alone time.

Your Strategy for living in flow as a Projector is Being Invited. Invitations to share your wisdom arrive when you get clear on your fascinations, hone your skills, and then shine your light out there for people to discover you. Receiving an invitation before sharing your guidance with others will ensure they are receptive. When you can recognise your natural gifts rather than seeking external validation,
invitations flow abundantly.

REFLECTORS
As a Reflector, you are the rarest of the Energy Types with all nine Energy Centres undefined, giving you the greatest potential of wisdom and a unique sensitivity. You are here to reflect back to us how we are doing as a collective, and do so by feeling into and embodying the energies around you. By feeling into whether people, places and dynamics are healthy or out of alignment, you can share your discernment with others. As non-energy beings, your energy comes in ebbs and flows, however, you can feel so energised by amplifying the energy of those around you. After a day of absorbing the surrounding energies, alone time is so restorative and returns you to their blank slate

Your Strategy for living in flow as a Reflector is Waiting a Lunar Cycle. Throughout a 28-day cycle, you sample the energies of various people and environments to reach clarity on what truly feels right for you. Asking yourself daily, "Who was I today?", "How did it feel?", can help
you hone your intuition. By allowing yourself to shape-shift each day, you flow into new experiences that bring you joy and delight.
